AI Governance¶
AI governance encompasses institutional arrangements, policy frameworks, and regulatory mechanisms for guiding the development and deployment of AI systems. This includes standards-setting bodies, certification procedures, enforcement mechanisms, and the question of whether governance should be industry-led, co-regulatory, or top-down.
